Dominic Preap

Full-stack engineer. I ship across the whole stack — NestJS for GraphQL/REST APIs, React and Next.js on the web, React Native/Expo on mobile, and manage the cloud infrastructure underneath it: servers, deployments, CI/CD, the works. 10 years in, mostly on small teams where I'm the one person covering frontend, backend, infra, and everything in between.

What I do

Backend

NestJS services with a typed GraphQL layer. schema design, performance, relational database, background jobs, and the deployment pipeline around them.

Frontend

React apps that stay readable past year one. Component systems, data fetching, accessibility, and the unglamorous work of keeping bundles small.

Mobile

React Native for iOS and Android from one codebase. Native modules when needed, offline-first data, and release management on both stores.

Server & DevOps

Provisioning and running the boxes the backend lives on. Docker images, CI pipelines, zero-downtime deploys, TLS and reverse proxies, backups, logs and alerts.
